3. 24-Hour Booking & Reminders – Automatically sends booking confirmations and appointment reminders to your clients via SMS or email, reducing missed appointments and improving customer experience.
4. AI Chatbot – Provides automated responses to common customer inquiries, assists with booking questions, and answers FAQs to reduce staff workload and improve responsiveness.
All services are automated. The services are designed to require minimal manual intervention, allowing your business to operate efficiently.

2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the services work effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate business and contact information for setup.

4. Limitations and Legal Protections

Provider is not liable for losses, damages, missed appointments, or errors resulting from the use of automated services.
The Client is responsible for managing their customer interactions and business operations; automated services are tools to support your business, not replace professional judgment.
All services operate within legal boundaries for marketing, communication, and online reviews. Client agrees to comply with applicable laws, including spam and messaging regulations.

5. Payment and Fees
