How a Client Credit works
One Client Credit lets your business cover the cost of Coast Up for one customer. When a credit is available, you can create a single-use gift link and send it to that customer. The customer uses the gift link for their Coast Up.
Never required for free referrals
Client Credits are completely separate from the Free Referral Program. You never need to buy Client Credits to:
- Join the Free Referral Program
- Receive a referral link
- Receive a QR code
- Use Coast Up referral materials
- Refer customers
One-time referral reward
A participating business may receive 1 free Client Credit after 5 different customers purchase Coast Up through that business’s referral link. It is available once per eligible participating business, subject to the current eligibility rules in the Referral Terms.
The customer stays private
Your business never receives access to the customer’s inbox, email contents, addresses, moving date, connected accounts, scan results, or private account information.
